Confirmation of Registration:
- Registrations will be acknowledged by email upon receipt of payment.
Cancellation and Refunds Policy: (This does not apply to the hotel bookings you will find them directly on their website)
- Registrations after 30th April will incur an additional charge of 50€.
- Cancellation before 30th April will result in a 50% refund of your payment.
- No refunds will be issued starting 30th April 2024.
- Transfer of registration to another delegate is allowed before 20th May 2024.
- No-shows at the event will not be reimbursed.
- All refunds will be processed after the event.
