Thursday, May 30th, 2024:
- 13:00-17:00: Board meeting at the main hotel
- 19:30: Welcome drinks for newcomers
- 20:15: Departure for Dinner at Madklubben Vesterbro (Casual attire)

Friday, May 31st:
- 8:00-9:00: Morning Jogging
- 09.30–14.30 : PGs in different locations to be advised by EJ DK
- 15:00-17:30: Norwegian PG meetings at The Imperial Hotel
- 18:00-19:00: German Desk
- 19.00-19.30 Transfer to the restaurant by Boat
- 19:45: Dinner at Almanak i Operaen (Business Casual attire)

22:30: Return by bus.
Saturday, June 1st:
- 9:30-12:00: Management session/Plenary
- 12:00-13:00: Lunch
- 13:00-13:30: Café Francophone
- 13:30-15:30: General Assembly EJI
- 16:00: Activities (bike tour + swim/sauna/football)
- 19:30: Dinner at Moltke's (Business attire, transportation provided)
