How do I book a Driving Experience? |
Contact us directly. We handle registrations, payment, and provide booking confirmations within three working days. About 14 days before the event, you receive final details. A 12.5% fee applies to the base price, plus 3,5%processing fee. |
Can I pre-register or reserve training dates before they go live online? |
Complete groups can request dates before they’re publicly released. Individual bookings follow official publication. Dates vary by training type. No reservations without confirmation. |
Can I customise Snow & Ice or other Experiences? |
Customisation is limited and assessed case by case. Additional nights or altered schedules may require changing hotels or locations. Some venues offer almost no customisation. We recommend standard packages or exclusive group bookings. |
Can I bring an accompanying person? |
At most of the Driving Experience locations, it is possible to bring accompanying persons, if arranged in advance and subject to a fee. Accompanying guests may share the participant’s room and join certain meals, but cannot drive, ride along, or access the track area. |
Is there an age restriction? |
Some programs allow 17-year-olds when accompanied by a licensed guardian. Please check the specific conditions. |
In which language are trainings held? |
Trainings are usually in German or English. Changing the language of a session is only possible if the booking is for a whole group of 8 or 10 depending on the training. The participants must be fluent enough in the booked language to be able to react accordingly in dangerous situations. |
Do I need special license documents? |
A valid driving license is required. Non-EU participants must present a valid license plus an international drivers permit. You can request the International Drivers Permit here: https://idaservice.org/ (suggestion only) - Please note: Only the American Automobile Association (AAA) and American Automobile Touring Alliance (AATA) are authorized by the US State Department to issue IDPs to US driver’s license holders. |
Can I bring my own car or rent one for extra laps at a known racetrack? |
No. Only provided vehicles may be used on the provided trainings. We also cannot rent out vehicles without instructors. Only on tourist rides at public racetracks like the Nordschleife, you can use your own car. |
Do participants actually drive during these Experiences? |
Yes. Typically, two participants share one car and rotate drivers at designated points. Some sessions let you try different vehicle models. It is possible to book Track Taxi Experiences as a passenger next to a professional driver. |
Can multiple groups train simultaneously on the same day? |
Yes. Large groups can train together, though pace car laps and certain activities may rotate. Theory sessions, meals, and breaks are usually shared. |
What does personal coaching entail? |
Personal coaching is an intensive half-day program for up to two participants, allowing for flexible exercises. A full-day option may be available at double the cost. Content can be adapted on-site. |
