CWG Conference Fee

Single Ticket: 99,00 € net / 117,81€ (incl. 19% VAT)

Group Ticket: 299,00 € net / 355,81€ (incl. 19% VAT) for up to 5 people

  

During the registration process, please enter the billing details that you would like to have displayed on your invoice for the CWG participation. Please note, that the type of registration cannot be changed and that your conference ticket is partly refundable (minus the transaction fees) 

Please note that your registration is only completed once your payment is received in full - you will receive your invoice via e-mail 7-10 business days after registration completed. If you haven´t received your invoice for some reason, please contact us at cwg@time-change.de

The conference fee covers the access on the video lectures. 

If you have purchased a group ticket, you will receive 4 vouchers via e-mail once your payment is received in full. These vouchers can then be distributed to any CWG members and will grant them a free single ticket during the registration process. Important note: The additional particpants will have to wait for the voucher before registering. A refund will not be available if a single ticket is also purchased.
