CWG Conference Fee

Early bird rate: USD 575.00 - ends Friday, 01st of September 2018
Regular rate: USD 645.00 - valid from Saturday, 02nd of September 2018, 00:01am (CET)

During the registration process, please enter the billing details that you would like to have displayed on your invoice for the CWG participation.
Please note that your registration is only completed once your payment is received in full. You will receive your invoice 7-10 days after you finalize your payment successfully. Registration will be closed on Thursday, the 11th of October 2018 at 00:01 am (CET).
To qualify for the early bird rate, your registration and payment must both be completed by the early bird deadline, which ends Friday, 01st of September 2018 at midnight.
After this deadline you will be charged the normal rate.
The conference fee covers the conference registration only. Your hotel overnights need to be paid upon check out at the hotel's front desk.
