The registration fee for the CWG Conference covers all plenary sessions and parallel tracks on October 9th and 10th, as well as the
Meet & Greet on October 8th for face to face attendees.
The CWG Conference+Workshop fee includes attendance to a 1-day workshop of your choice on October 11th. 

*Please note you will need to chose the workshop you would like to attend upon registration.

Accommodation charges are not included and need to be settled at the hotel. More information can be found here.




 

General conditions

Please note attendance of the CWG Conference is possible for CWG members only. If you do not have a CWG User Account
yet you will need to create on on the CWG website BEFORE registering for the conference.

Once the registration is finalized, your booking is binding. In case you would need to cancel your attendance, accommodation charges
will be fully invoiced to you.

Please be aware that your registration is only completed once your payment is received in full - you will receive your invoice
by e-mail at this moment (in general 1-3 business days after online payment). If you have not received
your invoice for any reason after this time, please contact us at cwg@time-change.de.

If your payment is not received by September 29th, 2023 at the latest, your registration will be cancelled.
