Dr. Robert Shin | MedStar Georgetown University Hospital, Washington, DC
Robert K Shin, MD, FANA, FAAN, is a graduate of Yale University and received his medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. He completed a neurology residency and fellowship in neuro-ophthalmology and multiple sclerosis at the University of Pennsylvania Hospital.
Dr. Shin is currently a Professor of Neurology at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital and Director of the Georgetown Multiple Sclerosis and Neuroimmunology Center. Dr. Shin has a particular interest in visual problems associated with multiple sclerosis and other demyelinating disorders, including neuromyelitis optica (NMO).
