“Participation in a Meeting requires the provision of personal data. The collection, processing and use of these personal data takes place exclusively for the purpose of being able to attend the Meeting.
If you are registering a different person than yourself, you ensure by submitting the registration form that this person agrees on the registration and you have the permission of the person concerned in case of any information given to participants for this purpose.
The data collected would be only processed by EMD Serono and its contracted agencies for organizing and conducting the Meeting in strict compliance to local applicable laws, especially the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data will be treated confidentially and deleted promptly after attending the Meeting. The right of the organizer to a temporally longer processing of the data according to legal regulation or on the basis of the given consent remains unaffected.
