CWG CONFERENCE / REGISTRATION FEE
You can select between the following conference tickets:
- CWG Conference - Virtual:
149.00 USD - CWG Conference - Face-to-face:
649.00 USD - CWG Conference plus AVC Modeling Workshop (face-to-face only - limited capacity):
899.00 USD
The conference/registration fee covers the attendance to the CWG Conference on May 16th and 17th, 2022 (09:00-17:00 EST) and for face-to-face participants the CWG Welcome Evening on May 15th, 2022 (19:00 EST).
Accommodation charges and breakfast are not included and need to be settled individually at the hotel.
During the registration process, please enter the billing details that you would like to have displayed on your invoice for the CWG Conference.
Once the registration is finalized the booked services are confirmed. No free of charge cancellation is possible anymore - all booked services will be fully invoiced.
Please be aware that your registration is only completed once your payment is received in full - you will receive your invoice by e-mail at this moment (in general 7-10 business days after your registration and completed payment). If you have not received your invoice for any reason, please contact us at cwg@time-change.de.
If your payment is not received by May 15th, 2022 at the latest, you will not be able to attend the conference.
